Shipping & Returns

All shipping prices are based on a two working day service within the United Kingdom. We can ship to other countries, if you require delivery outside of the United Kingdom please email us for a quote before purchasing. We will then find the best courier for your location.

We can not ship any items until the purchase price plus the correct shipping price has been paid in full.
We always do our best to ship within one working day of payment being received.
You will receive an email upon dispatch, this email will tell you who the courier is and
will provide you with the details needed to track your parcel.
All parcels are fully insured for at least the purchase price of the item.

Returns.

We will gladly accept returns on any item found to be significantly
not as described or functionally defective as long as that defect was
not noted in the original description.

All our goods are warranted for a period of 28 days from dispatch,
the warranty is on a returns to base basis, the cost of return is to be borne by the customer. In the unlikely event of an item being returned we will either repair, replace or refund, each case will be taken on it's merits with due customer consultation. We will not entertain returns on items where the security seal has been broken, nor will we entertain reimbursing the cost of repairs or assessments conducted by third parties.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will always aim to
deal with any issues quickly and courteously.

All sales are conducted in accordance with the distance selling regulations, except for collected goods where the act does not apply.
